| Donald Beskine, a qualified accountant and Martin Stevenson who previously worked for a similar buying consortium, which operated in the South West, established the company. |

| Initially the consortium has concentrated in the south of England with the supply of heavier building products. We are now expanding to increase the range of other building products to offer a more comprehensive package to our members on a national basis. |

| The company has a proven sales and marketing operation, based on telephone sales with trained operators who have sold products to builders and sub contractors for the past ten years and was established by Donald Beskine. |

| Buying Power targets small/ medium builders, sub contractors, and developers with a VAT registration and up to a turnover of approximately £ 1½ million. |
